• Non alcoholic Casa de Goa refresher on arrival.
• Accommodation in well appointed deluxe room with minibar, electronic safe locker, wall mounted LCD TV, bathtub, balcony/patio, bedside electronic console, etc.
• Extra person 12 years and above is Rs.3000/- per night with an extra mattress in a DLX room. Children between 5 - 11 yrs is Rs.900/- per night with a mattress. Below 5yrs will be accommodated at no extra cost.
• 29th December, 2012 - 2nd January, 2013, Extra person - Deluxe room - Rs.5500/- per night, with a mattress.
  Child 5 - 11 yrs - Rs. 1200/- per night, with a mattress in the Deluxe room.
• Compulsory Gala dinner for the Christmas 25th night is Rs. 3000/-, per person and New Year 31st night is Rs. 4500/-, per person. Child 3-10 yrs - 75% would be charged.
• Breakfast (TDH or Buffet) at our restaurant as per resort timing.
• Meal supplement @Rs 400/- per meal per person.
• Complimentary use of swimming pool as per resort timings.
• One child below the age of 6 years complimentary sharing with parents.
• 10% discount on bar bill at restaurant ( conditions apply)

  If cancellation is done before 7days, then no charges will be applicable. If it is done between 7days to 3days than 1 night retention will be charged. Otherwise if cancellation is done less than 3days or No-Show then Full charge will be applicable.

Cancellation Policy :( For the entire year except peak period.)

• Confirmed booking cancelled 4 days before the date of arrival, one night booking amount will be charged.
• Confirmed booking, cancelled within 4 days from the date of arrival , full booking charges will be applicable for cancellation.
