Just wanted to share my personal experience of this Resort as below:
# A smooth check-in was done and the staff was so courteous to give us 02 rooms with the Pool View which have an easy access to the pool.
#The resort have its own charm with the beautiful Goan & Portugese style made rooms but with the modern facilities.
#The food was really good and the chef we met is really humble and ready to make food as per your choice.
#They have such a nice gentleman as an Operations Manager named Mr. Nixon Furtado, who takes care of the entire Resort Operations under the management of Mr. Brian D'Cruz (General Manager) and both of them are such a great asset to an organization.
A special Thanks to Mr. Nixon Furtado for such a good and comfortable stay and looking forward to stay at their place again in future.

Property... read more is located in the heart of Calangute and location is convenient to visit Condolim and Anjuna and Vagator further north if you hire a scooter or car.
Rooms are spacious and very clean for the price. We stayed in the deluxe room and they have suites as well located opp the road. Deluxe rooms come with bath tubs and ground floor rooms have direct access to the pool which is the best feature of this hotel Rooms come with wifi and in room food service.
The restaurant staff are the best and polite and do everything to make ur dining experience comfortable. They serve complimentary breakfast and the variety is great. The taste is good nothing to blow the mind but everything served is fresh and tasty. We also ordered butter chicken the first day of stay in the room with Naan which was awesome.
Manager Nixon was helpful and did everything to make us feel welcomed and our stay memorable . He also arranged the taxi to drop us to the hotel (chargeable). The only problem we faced was the room check in time. We got the room an hour late but it was soon sorted out and we were given a late check out.
Over all I would recommend casa de Goa for a couple of reasons
1 : The price which is reasonable for the kind of service and accommodation you get
2 : location which is the main highlight

Very good experience. I was very much exited by seeing the rooms and location of the resort. Staff ware very polite and service was also very good. Half of the resort was filled by foreigners. The resort staff will respect all the customers in same way. Really love to get back to the resort once again in future.

Substantive laws of the Republic of India

Arbitration proceedings shall be conducted before a Sole Arbitrator to be mutually appointed by the parties. If parties are unable to agree on a sole arbitrator, such sole arbitrator shall be appointed as provided for under the LCIA India Rules. Seat of such arbitration shall be in Goa and proceedings shall be conducted in English. The decision of the arbitrator shall be final and binding.
